Job Summary:

This position will be to manage the SONAR Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) development efforts – ensuring development, delivery schedule, and technical requirements are met for the IETM.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide IETM inputs to various PMS4012 Messages (Monthly, Quarterly, etc.)
Provide IETM inputs into Engineering Change Instruction (ECI) and ILS Certification review cycles as necessary
Act as liaison between ILS partners and PMS4012 ILS Manager for IETM product implementation/fleet support
Maintain communication with NUWCDIVNPT System Engineers over required updates as necessary and continued bridged communication between Lockheed Martin ILS IETM team
Review Technical Manual Deficiency/Evaluation Report (TMDER) from Acoustic Material Training Representatives (AMTR)
Communicate with Squadrons/Shore facilities for IETM housing requirements for distance troubleshooting efforts
Serve as ARCI ILS IETM Government point of contact for TI18 Victoria (FMS – Canada)
Serve as ARCI ILS IETM Government point of contact for all U.S. Submarine Force IETM efforts
Maintain communication with NUWC management on work product statuses
Attend and participate in all required meetings (indicated below)

Required Qualifications:

Currently possess or have the ability to possess an active Secret Clearance.
Well-versed with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer functions
Customer service-oriented.
Analytical ability to define problems, collect data, and take recommended action based upon applicable established guidelines.
Effective communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to work in a team environment.
