Software Developer (Hybrid)

Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to support hybrid 2-3x/week on-site at NSWC Dahlgren, VA. The Software Developer will be part of a team charged with providing engineering and systems operations engineering in support of current and future Combat System (CS) Command and Control (C2) functions. Together our team supports V Department with systems engineering, software engineering and fleet support, element evaluation and system test support and development/production environment support.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Software Development
• Proficiency in Linux development
• Proficiency in Java development
• Proficiency in Python and bash scripting
• Some experience and familiarity with Containers/containerization
• Some experience and familiarity with Gitlab
• S. Citizenship and DoD Secret Clearance required.

Desired (Not Required)

• Experience working on DoD contracts, or combat systems experience desired but not required.
• Vue web development
• Django experience
• Database and SQL knowledge
• Tactical system experience
• DSO principles
• Middleware experience: DDS, Kafka, ActiveMQ
