Warfare System Analyst

Rite-Solutions, Inc., seeking Warfare System analysts for on-site support at Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI. Successful candidates will support development and implementation of legacy and new Naval submarine electronic warfare and imagine systems. The primary focus is to support the transition of new and updated systems into the fleet.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis support for the development of new and legacy Navy Electronic Warfare and Imaging Systems
• Track progress for engineering Master Schedule milestone and other schedule artifacts, as needed, providing recommendations to deconflict or resolve impacts of delays, priority shifts, or fleet schedule changes
• Develop and verify product and system baseline reports.

Requirements:

• BS degree or Certificate in Management, engineering, or related logistics field. In lieu of a degree, significant demonstrated experience in DoD Warfare systems such as related Navy experience will be considered.
• A working knowledge of MS Office including MS Project
• Demonstrated writing and presentation skills
• Knowledge and experience with practices and procedures for CMMI Software Development Level 3 or greater is a plus
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance with the US government. An active security clearance is strongly preferred.
