Job Title: Management Analyst III
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Management Analyst to enhance Code 25 operations by improving processes and efficiency. Responsibilities include tracking office space assignments and NMCI assets, maintaining the printer and copier supplies database, preparing and monitoring Government-approved supply and repair requests, and disseminating information on Facilities Tours and Program Reviews to designated Points of Contact (POCs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data related to business operations, processes, and performance.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations based on analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with department heads and management teams to assess business needs and develop strategic solutions.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to track the success of process improvements.
- Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Support project management efforts by assisting in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 8-10 years of Management Analyst experience.
- Proven experience in management analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
Work Location: Newport, RI
Department of Defense: Secret security clearance is required at the time of hire.
