Management Analyst
Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Management Analyst for our Middletown, Rhode Island office. This is a non-supervisory position. The candidate will serve as coordinator and principal owner of project analysis support services. The candidate will apply an understanding of the organization's vision and mission to provide program planning, analysis, reporting, metrics, and recommendations for continuous process improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support can take many forms, including white paper development, program analysis, organizational structure assessment, development of short term and long-term program plans, presentations/briefing material development, and ad hoc tasking in support of senior leadership
- Conduct research and perform analysis on methods to improve procedures, and provide recommendations
- Generate and maintain project/program technical documentation, presentations, reports, and databases
- Evaluate, assess, and analyze funding structure, resource allocation, and translate senior leadership plans into execution forecasts
- Monitor, record, analyze, and present assigned programs, including ceiling, funding, award transactions, and resource allocation
- Monitor, record, analyze, and present program financial performance, including labor, other direct costs, and profit
- Monitor procurements and impacts to project and program completion
- Develop risk assessments within assigned programs to evaluate project team requirements to ensure funding continuity, and to conduct utilization analysis for existing requirements focusing on projecting the impact of growth within the existing program
Requirements/Skills:
- Individual contributor who wants to create and build custom work products
- Adaptable to flexible and fast-paced environment
- Able to collaborate across the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior oral and written communications skills, including communicating with peers, leadership, and clients
- Expert-level Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain alignment with corporate quality and continuous improvement objectives
- 5+ years working in government environment
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
Additional Skills of Interest (not required):
- DoD acquisition experience
- Familiarity with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) tools and databases
- DoD financial and program analyst
- DoD technical specialist experience
