We are currently seeking skilled and motivated candidates for a Client Service Support Representative/ Testing Facility Scheduler for on-site support at the customer site in Newport, RI.

Job Description:

Rite-Solutions is seeking a motivated IT Tech to support Client Service Support for on-site support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT). Provide support with regards to the use of Information Technology (IT) to provide scheduling services for testing facility utilization.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication skills
  • Excellent customer technical and product support
  • Knowledge of testing facility and associated equipment within the facility(s)
  • Knowledge of equipment configurations as they relate to projects /programs utilization
  • Proficient in information technology, operations management, and availability of specific equipment
  • Knowledge of user requirements to perform testing in support of US navy and end user mission needs
  • Ability to understand and prioritize user needs against available equipment resources
  • Ability to resolve conflicts due to emergent scheduling circumstances
  • Gather feedback for and implement continuous improvement
  • Work with end-user teams to improve overall processes
  • Work with external vendors as required
  • Attend all meetings as applicable and provide necessary feedback when prompted
  • Ability to work independently on problems and projects
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in planning, preparing process documents
  • A general knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • General knowledge of computer hardware
  • Able and willing to learn new as well as existing technologies
  • Be a contributing member of a Technical Team

Additional Specific Requirements and Skills

  • Maintain T&E Consolidated Test Schedule spreadsheets
  • Receive and adjudicate all T&E requests from subsystems and users
  • Resolve any schedule conflicts between subsystems and other test bay users
  • Support weekly scheduling meetings with all BYG1, Subsystem, and test bay users

Skillset

  • Strong people skills to deal with multiple team users
  • Strong Microsoft Excel toolset
  • Onsite presence required to work with bay users
  • Position requires U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain a security clearance with the US government; active security clearance preferred
  • Military or government experience preferred but not necessary
