We are seeking a skilled and experienced former military Electronic Warfare Analyst/Intelligence (ELINT) Specialist. This position is located in Middletown, RI.

Job Description

Lead a highly dynamic Electronic Warfare Training and Trainer development program in support of NUWCDIVNPT. Provide Navy fleet-based mission experience to support system development, and improvements necessary to increase platform threat detection performance. Provide subject matter expertise on current EW system and sensor processing to support high fidelity simulations.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Provides overall SME to the program team. Analyzes and assesses fleet defines mission critical requirements and develops system level improvement recommendations to the engineering team and sponsors. Conducts trade studies of current emerging technologies relating to EW principle and practices. Oversees development and implementation of improvements and designs. Provides EW system expertise to support the proper trainer simulation of contacts/targets for team and individual training requirements.

Experience interfacing with Navy command level personnel, and capacity to create and deliver training on the use and employment of the program systems. Familiar with fleet documentation requirements for maintenance, operations, and employment. Able to board and deploy on Naval vessels as required to support installation, testing and training.

Additional Requirements

• Position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance with the U.S. government.
• Travel estimates up to 20%
• Minimum of 10 years' experience with ELINT or DoD sponsored missions
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing and intelligence data reduction center or system groom field office
• Military pay grade E7 or higher is desired
• Working capability with MS Office products
